"The door of our soul" ring is a creation inspired by the magnificent traditional embroideries of Slavic garments. These richly adorned embroideries feature a wide variety of motifs, ranging from figurative representations like animals and plants to abstract forms such as geometric figures. Vivid and striking colors, often red on a white background, were commonly used, as red was believed to possess special protective powers.

Slavic embroideries often carried hidden messages that only the initiated or certain individuals could decipher. Some motifs served as talismans against evil spirits, offering protection to the wearer’s soul. These embroideries were strategically placed on the collar, sleeves, and waist of garments to create a barrier against harmful influences. Their protective power was even stronger when the embroidery was made by a loved one, adding a personal and intimate dimension to the protection.

Our ring features a distinctive geometric pattern, with a frieze of diamonds delicately adorned with hooked edges. This design evokes the traditional motifs of Slavic embroideries, transforming an ancient cultural element into a modern piece of jewelry.

Manufacturing time: 5 business days.

Thickness of the ring: this model can be made with thicknesses of 1 mm, 1.3 mm or 1.6 mm. For reference, go to the last photo of the slideshow.

The ring thickness on the model is 1.3mm.

Important: depending on your finger size, the solder at the back of your ring will show an interruption in the pattern with a plain vertical and in order to keep an overall harmony. Each rind is custom made and each finish will also be custom made (please refer to the example picture at the end of the photo series).
