Loha, iron flower pendant in silver and iron jasper

The Loha pendant is a unique piece, designed around a rectangular iron jasper. This stone, primarily translucent and grayish, is traversed by fine black lines, giving it a mysterious and mineral-like appearance. It is set on a rectangular silver plate and held in place by small triangular prongs, reinforcing its structured and geometric character.

At the lower part of the pendant, a delicate floral motif softens the composition’s rigidity. A small stylized flower, with a silver hemisphere at its center, blooms with petals crafted from fine silver wire. On either side, a few slender leaves complete this finely detailed ornament.

The pendant plays on a subtle contrast between the robustness of iron jasper, with its almost metallic appearance, and the delicacy of the botanical elements. Its name, Loha, is a Sanskrit term meaning "iron," a reference to strength, resilience, and durability. This piece embodies the balance between power and fragility, solidity and finesse, offering deep symbolism to the wearer.
