Queen of Sheba, mythical kingdom ring in sterling silver and Ethiopian opal

It is made of sterling silver (925) made by hand in my workshop and of a nice teardrop Ethiopian opal.

I named this ring Queen of Sheba as a reference to this majestuous Ethiopian Queen. She was said to be as beautiful as intelligent. Although the Kingdom of Sheba existed, it is difficult to separate the myth from the reality on the mysterious Queen Balqis.
this opal comes from Ethiopia, which formed the northern part of the mythical kingdom. That’s why this ring reminds me of that famous queen, as mysterious as the multiple opal reflections.

This ring shows a round design following the natural shape of the stone. This ring has a very romantic and feminine style. It is a simple ring, and it will be perfect to wear every day. The opal is the symbol of tender love.

The ring is a half round band of 2 mm wide (0.079 inches).

Size: 6 US. This ring cannot be resized. If you’d like a custom order, feel free to contact me.

Surface: 1,1 x 0,9 cm (0.433 x 0.354).
