ABOUT
This pendant was made on the theme of the disc of Phaistos, which is a clay disc found during archaeological excavations in Crete at the beginning of the 20th century from the palace of Phaistos. It dates from the second millennium BC, the so-called Minoan Bronze Age period.
This clay disc, about 16 cm in diameter, is covered with a punched symbol on both sides. In all, 241 signs, 45 of which are different, cover the disc in the form of a spiral.
The interpretation of these hieroglyphs is far from settled and remains very mysterious, and even the authenticity of this object is discussed.

Our customer wanted to gather different symbols on this pendant: the shape of infinity, an eye and a part of Phaistos disc.
Metal: sterling silver.
Stone: dendritic agate.
Technique: etching.
