Maïa is the Roman goddess of fertility and of the spring season. She personifies the development of vegetation. This is the reason why this beautiful prehnite cabochon is at the basis of the necklace. It symbolizes nature awakening after a long winter sleep.

The inclusions made me think of seeds and stems on the verge of breaking through the earth crust.

This necklace represents the birth of life at the beginning of a new cycle.

Metal: sterling silver.

Stone: prehnite.

Stone color: light green, dark green, black, translucent, white.
