Hitomi small, japanese soothing waves ring in sterling silver

The "Hitomi small" ring captures the very essence of Japanese aesthetics through its motifs inspired by waves. At the heart of Japan’s island culture, the sea represents much more than just a landscape; it embodies strength, resilience, and journey. The Hitomi ring celebrates this deep connection with nature and life’s challenges that mirror the movements of the sea.

Its distinctive pattern, called Seigaiha or "blue sea wave," features an infinite repetition of overlapping concentric circles, evoking the tranquility and harmony of calm waters. Each wave seems to tell a story of inner peace and serenity, thus providing a constant source of inspiration for the wearer.

The very name of the ring, Hitomi, meaning "eye" or "pupil" in Japanese, suggests a depth and intensity akin to that of a gaze. The oxidized part of the ring evokes the mystique and fascination behind every glance, adding a dimension of elegance and sophistication to this already remarkable piece.

Offering the Hitomi ring is to offer much more than just an accessory. It is a symbol of connection with nature, inner strength, and prosperity. Suited for all styles and occasions, this ring becomes a faithful companion for those seeking beauty and inspiration in the simple details of life.

The Hitomi small ring is a narrower version of the Hitomi ring that you can find at the following link:
